1.「就是少年人也要疲乏困倦，年輕人也必力竭跌倒；但那等候耶和華的必重新得力；他們必如鷹展翅上騰；他們奔跑卻不困倦，行走卻不疲乏。」（賽40:30-31）

Although youths will faint and become weary, And young men will collapse exhausted; Yet those who wait on Jehovah will renew their strength; They will mount up with wings like eagles; They will run and will not faint; They will walk and will not become weary.－Isaiah40:30-31

2.「耶和華如此說，你們不要記念從前的事，也不要思想古時的事。看哪，我要作一件新事，如今要發生；你們豈不知道麼？我甚至要在曠野開道路，在沙漠開江河。」（賽43:18-19）

Do not call to mind the former things, Nor consider the things of old. Indeed, I am doing a new thing; It will now spring forth; Do you not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, Rivers in the desert.－Isaiah43:18-19

3.「弟兄們，我不是以為自己已經取得了，我只有一件事，就是忘記背後，努力面前的，向著標竿竭力追求，要得神在基督耶穌裡，召我向上去得的獎賞。」（腓3:13-14）

Brothers, I do not account of myself to have laid hold; but one thing I do: Forgetting the things which are behind and stretching forward to the things which are before, I pursue toward the goal for the prize to which God in Christ Jesus has called me upward.－Philippians3:13-14

4.「因此，若有人在基督裏，他就是新造；舊事已過，看哪，都變成新的了。」（林後5:17）

So then if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away; behold, they have become new.－2 Corinthians5:17

5.「不要模倣這世代，反要藉著心思的更新而變化，叫你們驗證何為神那美好、可喜悅、並純全的旨意。」（羅12:2）

Blessed is the man whose strength is in You, In whose heart are the highways to Zion. Passing through the valley of Baca, They make it a spring; Indeed the early rain covers it with blessings. They go from strength to strength; Each appears before God in Zion.－Psalms84:5-7

8.「在指望中要喜樂，在患難中要忍耐，在禱告上要堅定持續，在聖徒缺乏上要有交通，待客要追尋機會。」（羅12:12-13）

Rejoice in hope; endure in tribulation; persevere in prayer. Contribute to the needs of the saints; pursue hospitality.－Romans12:12-13

Which we have as an anchor of the soul, both secure and firm and which enters within the veil,－Hebrews6:19
